How do I get Pre-Approved for a loan and what options do I have?

What is an Escrow?

What is an NHD Report?
Natural Hazard Disclosure report is a requirement of all California home sales transactions. Learn how to read the report and what the seller is legally required to disclose should the property be located in a state or local mapping hazards area.
Why do I need a Home Warranty Policy?
When you purchase a home, it usually comes with a home warranty plan. A home warranty policy covers the basic systems inside the house. Learn form our home warranty rep what a typical policy covers and why it is a good idea for a buyer to request that the seller provide a policy.
Do I have to buy Home Insurance?

Antelope Valley and Ventura County Metrolink lines stop at the Downtown Burbank Station.
From Downtown Burbank, take San Fernando and go up Olive Ave or Magnolia Blvd to Glenoaks Blvd. Turn left and continue until you get to Cypress Ave. We are right there on the corner.
